Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms had 3 lovely large sea view windows that made the experience extra special, and they were perfectly clean and comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, White Company toiletries, and a wide-screen smart TV. While the service was impeccable with helpful, polite, and welcoming staff, there were some areas that could be improved. The location was excellent, being just a couple of minutes from the town center, however, I felt that some minor details were missing. The dining experience was overall very good and tasty, but at times it felt a bit understaffed and slow. Overall, a great spot for a weekend stay in Padstow!
The hotel offers a mixed experience with clean and well-equipped rooms but falls short on delivering a truly deluxe feel. The service is friendly but lacks accountability when issues arise. The location is ideal for business meetings and exploring Padstow but may be affected by ongoing renovations. Dining can be enjoyable but lacks speed and clarity in service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the superb view from the rooms and the thoughtful gesture of having a bottle of prosecco on ice, the noise from the wedding and the lack of additional seating were drawbacks. The service, however, was friendly and accommodating, with the team even moving us to a better room after the first night. The location was convenient for exploring Padstow, although the ongoing renovation work nearby was a bit disruptive. Dining, overlooking the harbour, offered great views but struggled with overcrowding during peak times.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering lovely views over the harbor from the main restaurant. It was wonderful to stay in such a beautiful place in this lovely part of Cornwall. However, the price was £20 more than advertised, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel is in an amazing location with fantastic views over the town and the harbour fisheries, just a short stroll down to the harbor. The rooms are stunning and the staff is top-notch, making for an unforgettable stay. On the downside, there was some noise from builders' machinery early in the morning and the cocktails were a bit hit or miss.
My stay at the hotel was really lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, with quality furnishings after the recent refurbishment. The staff were helpful in maneuvering our luggage to the third floor. The view from the room was delightful, although the absence of robes was a bit surprising for such a standard hotel.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished with incredible style, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Despite being woken up around 7 am by the building works next door, the stay was enjoyable, and the breakfast was really satisfying.
